   For over two years now, I have been taking Tattva Herbs' Turmeric Tri-Force 95 with Guggul for cholseterol, Shilajit for stamina and focus, and Amla as a natural source of Vitamin C. My cholesterol has gone down, I have more energy, and I've been sick only twice (for a day or two) since I started using these products. I believe that Tattva Herbs has the highest quality Ayurvedic supplements available!**

   I began using this product several years ago thinking I would try it one time and then go back to being my usual tired self. Well after my supply ran out I ordered another bottle and then another and I try to take breaks as recommended but my energy level drops while I am off. This product works.    Im a 48 year old male. Have been active my whole life, but recently sprained my ankle running. This gave me some down-time, which as a result, I had time to research supplements. Came across Shilajit in my research. My friend told me years ago about this great company, called Tattva's Herbs Organics. I've been using their Turmeric for years- for memory & other aging problems.    Like most people, we all experience our "off" days, when we just don't feel like exercising. After being on this for the past 3 months I have had only a couple of days I didn't get some form of exercise. I get leg cramps from running sometimes and am also taking the Boswellia- better than ibuprofen!**

   I injured my shoulder and have been hitting the gym regularly for my rehabilitation exercises. This product works as advertised. As soon as two days after first taking shilajit it I felt stronger and was less fatigued. The combination of these effects helps develop a subtle but noticeable, underlying sense of well being.**

   Second day on Shilajit premium. I take it with Turmeric Tri Force. I take three capsules of each per day (slightly above the recommended dosage.) I have studied pharmacology. On the second day I did feel clarity of mind and a energizing effect. Had a great work out. This was NOT placebo effect. I'm so happy I found Tattva's herbs. The staff is GREAT and knowledgeable.I won't spend a penny anywhere else.*
