Sesame Oil is beneficial for Vata & Kapha. It is great for cooking, your skin, hair and a great carrier oil. Also, a wonderful massage oil.
Made of 100% Certified Organic, cold pressed oil of Sesame Seeds (Sesamum indicum).
The finest Sesame seeds are mechanically cold pressed (at a temperature below 450C) and then filtered.

I make my own massage oils, using this sesame oil as a base. It has a perfect texture. My wife uses it in the kitchen too- for everything!*
