    I noticed significant improvement in RA related joint pain within days of taking this supplement. While I did experience some initial mild side effects (i.e., nausea and rash), they have abated. I take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening, with meals, and this dosage provides significant pain relief and decrease in swelling and inflammation, which improves my overall mobility and ease of movement.     I depend on this formula. I have tried other brands, and not one of them has been as effective in keeping inflammation and pain in my hips at bay.
